Valentine’s Day is an opportunity to show others how you feel -- be it with candy, flowers or a nice card.

This year, with the support of its sponsors, the Manistee News Advocate and Benzie County Record Patriot are asking the public to share some love with residents of area nursing care centers.

Send a card or note of encouragement to one of the area nursing care centers for distribution to seniors.
