Clear your evening schedule, because Netflix’s feel-good dating show Love on the Spectrum is back for Season 2. The series was a surprise hit for Netflix last summer—a surprise because it’s a reality romance series that doesn’t involve sex, skin, and scandal. Thankfully Netflix realized they need something to balance out Love Is Blind and Too Hot to Handle.
After airing in Australia a few months ago, Love on the Spectrum is ready to return to America. 21-year-old Ronan is a new addition to the cast. He spends his time working at a racetrack, and he’s hoping to get out of the house and meet someone special. Thanks to some coaching and a confidence boost, he’s ready to get out there and mingle.
Kassandra
Cosplay queen Kassandra is another new addition. This 27-year-old is outgoing and loves being totally weird. How weird? She collects plush toys and teeth!
Mark
In addition to Michael, you’ll also recognize Mark from Season 1. Even though Mark made progress last time around, dating is harder than ever thanks to lockdown. But it turns out that he may have found a match just by watching his own TV show on Netflix.
Teo
Newcomer Teodora (Teo for short) brings her energy to Season 2. She’s 22 and has never been on a date—until now. First thing’s first: she has to go on dates with people of different genders just to see if there’s a preference there. We’re here for this journey!
Chloe
Like Mark, Chloe’s another Season 1 cast member who saw someone they liked when the show aired. Yep—as seen in the trailer, Mark and Chloe go on a date with each other this season. Will they have more in common besides experiencing sudden Netflix notoriety?
Jayden
Jayden’s another new single on Season 2. He lifts weights in his spare time and enjoys learning the history behind everyday practices like the handshake. And like fellow newcomers Kassandra and Teo, Jayden’s also dating across the gender spectrum.
