County 17 is hiring an Advertising Sales Representative to join our team of creatives and and help us tell the stories that make our community unique. We’re looking for the face of our brand. Our sales reps are passionate creatives who can think outside the box – or better yet, without a box – to support the successes of our clients and local businesses by delivering real, tangible results in a vibrant, growing industry.
About the gig
An Outliers Creative, LLC (OC), Advertising Sales Representative for the County 17 Community News Stream, you will work to support local businesses and organizations with community partnerships, featured sponsorships, digital display, pitch and video advertising and social media marketing.
About you
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Proven consultative sales skills and capabilities (prospecting, pitching, closing)
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Willing to “ride for the brand” on and off the job
