2020 was a great year for Sophie Simmons, for sure. Her newest single with Felix Cartal, ‘Mine,’ was in the ‘Best Pop Songs of 2020’ and ‘Best Dance Songs of 2020’ lists created by Spotify. Also, the single took place at ‘The 100 Best Songs of 2020’ listed by Apple Music.
With the recent Instagram post, Sophie Simmons appeared to thank fans who with her throughout 2020, although 2020 was one of the cursed years of all time due to the coronavirus plague. To thank them, she shared a selfie of herself while wearing a red shirt and mesmerized them with her beauty.
“It was a year,” Sophie captioned to thank fans. “Thank you for listening. one upside of quarantine / zoom sessions was the time i got to spend writing and collaborating with such talented humans from around the world. Anyway, thank you again and again. I’ll be writing a song if you need me. #BestOf2020 (yes it’s an old selfie, i don’t go anywhere.)”
