Woman, 24, who had never been kissed shares video of the big moment on TikTok after picking a stranger who replied to application form she posted online

  • M'Lynn Martin, from San Diego, California, took to TikTok to share the video
  • Selected Ian from LA to be her first kiss after online application process
  • Clip ended as the pair leaned in for a kiss while sitting in the front seat of a car
  • Social media fans were very supportive of the move before begging pair to date

A woman has documented her very first kiss online, at the age of 24, after creating  an online application form for candidates and taking a Covid-19 test before travelling to meet her date.

M'Lynn Martin, from San Diego, California, took to TikTok to share the video talking her followers through the virtual love story, which ended with her meeting up with Ian, from Los Angeles, to share a kiss.

She sais she had been flooded with applicants from 'all over the place', but chose Ian because his was the best - although she didn't reveal what he'd said to win her over.

However, social media fans were very supportive of the move before begging the pair to start dating.

M'Lynn began her video by scrolling through the virtual applications as she narrated the story.

The document included questions such as asking the applicant to describe their current relationship with M'Lynn, what they would like it to look like in the future and why they wanted to be her first kiss.

It also required an answer for what kind of kissing experience they were looking for with the options being 'a session' with no time limit, a few minutes of kissing or just one or two kisses to get M'Lynn 'past the first kiss stage'.

M'Lynn said: 'Last month I created an application where people could apply to be my first kiss because I was 24 and I had never had my first kiss before.

'I decided to post it to the internet and my friends, family and TikTok went nuts. People started applying from all over the place.

'I picked a stranger named Ian because he by far had the best application. And he is also the younger brother of one of my college professors which is just so funny that I had to choose him.'

She continued: 'This week we both got COVID tested, passed with negative results and got ready to kiss!'

The TikTok, which has since been viewed more than one million times, then cut to a clip of her brushing her teeth ahead of the pair meeting.

She showed off her outfit before the video jumped to show her sitting in the front seat of a car with her date, Ian, who had travelled almost two hours to meet her.

The pair leaned in for the kiss as the clip faded to black.

And other social media users were quick to comment on the events as they begged for the couple to start dating.

M'Lynn later took to Instagram with a photo alongside Ian but she is yet to give followers an update on the status of their new-found relationship

One wrote: 'Girl that was the cutest video I have seen today!! Wish you guys luck.'

Another added: 'Soooo what's the next move?? Any feelings?? Lol.'

And another simply commented: 'You better lock that down.'

M'Lynn later took to Instagram with a photo alongside Ian with a caption that read: 'Ian said I’m a 10/10 kisser and the back of my hand has really been doing me justice for the last 14 years.'

But she is yet to give followers an update on the status of their new-found relationship.
